- Our new guest appointment types are the only appointment types we offer for new guests.
- All new guest appointments include a thorough consultation.
- All new guests with color appointments will be emailed a pre-appointment questionnaire.
- We kindly ask that you respond and send the requested information promptly. So, if any adjustments need to be made to the appointment type we can accommodate them.
*If a new guest reserves an established guest appointment type, it will be canceled. If time permits, a new guest appointment type that best matches the original request will be rescheduled. We will notify via text of these changes.
